The dress code is Formal. Formal attire includes the following: floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses, elegant pantsuits, and suits with ties are all wonderful and encouraged. Two-piece suits or blazers with trousers are also great options. Feel free to choose any color palette that you are comfortable and excited about. The ceremony and reception will be indoors. We are celebrating in style and would love for you to dress up with us! Still unsure what to wear? We put together a Pinterest board for inspiration.

Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream (reserved for the bride), and steer clear of khakis, jeans, and t-shirts. Our bridesmaids will be wearing black, and you can too!

Our wedding will be an adults-only evening (21+) so that all guests — including parents — can fully relax and celebrate. We hope you will take this as a wonderful excuse for a night out!

We completely understand if this makes attendance difficult, and we will miss you if you are unable to join us.

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation with a specific name or "and guest."

Yes — Several convenient parking options are available. The Hilton Hotel Ramp is $5/hr up to $25/day. The Wilson Street Garage is up to $8/day after 6pm. The Monona Terrace Ramp is up to $5/day after 5pm.

However, we strongly encourage guests to plan ahead if they intend to enjoy the open bar. We recommend using services like Uber and Lyft to get home safely, or assign a designated driver!

Guests at the Spark by Hilton hotel block can enjoy free shuttle rides to downtown Madison. Those in our Embassy or Monona Terrace Hilton hotel blocks can enjoy the convenience of walking to The Madison Club!

Beyond what our hotels provide, there is no shuttle to our venue. Please plan transportation accordingly.

Absolutely. When you RSVP, there will be an option to note any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Common accommodations we can typically arrange include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. If you have a more specific need, please let us know!

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask all guests to keep phones and cameras away and simply be present with us during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture every beautiful moment.

During the cocktail hour and reception, please photograph and share freely — we love seeing the night through your eyes! We will also be providing a photo booth!

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:20pm so that you can be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.

Late arrivals may not be seated once the processional has begun, so we kindly ask for your punctuality on this special day.
